Halal Food in Mountain View
Not a halal section on a mixed menu — the entire operation is halal.
Halal Food at Anatolia Fire
Most restaurants that advertise halal food mean a few items on an otherwise conventional menu. That leaves you asking which dishes qualify, and taking someone's word for the answer. We took the other approach: every protein that comes through our kitchen is certified halal, so there is nothing to ask about and nothing to check.
That applies to the lamb in the adana kebab, the beef in the kofte, the chicken on every skewer, and the lamb liver. There is no separate preparation area because there is nothing to separate. If it is on our menu, it is halal.
Frequently asked questions
Is all the food at Anatolia Fire halal?
Yes. Every protein we serve is certified halal. There is no separate halal menu or section because the entire kitchen operates halal.
Where does the halal meat come from?
We source from certified halal suppliers. If you would like specifics, call us on 650-484-7800 and we will tell you.
Is there anything vegan on the menu?
The house salad is fully vegan — parsley, onion, tomato and Anatolian spices with no animal products.
