What fully halal actually means
The usual arrangement at a restaurant advertising halal food is that some items qualify and others do not, and it falls to you to work out which. That means asking a server who may or may not know, and taking the answer on trust.
We removed that problem by not carrying anything else. Every protein we buy is certified halal — the lamb in the adana, the beef in the kofte, the chicken on every skewer, the lamb liver. One grill, one supply chain, no separation needed because there is nothing to separate.

No parallel non-halal preparation, because there is no non-halal food on board.

Nothing on the menu is cooked with alcohol and none is served.

Is everything at Anatolia Fire halal?
Yes. Every protein we cook is certified halal. There is no separate halal menu because there is nothing on the menu that is not halal.
How do I know the meat is genuinely halal?

Do you cook halal and non-halal on the same grill?
There is no non-halal food on the truck, so the question does not arise. One grill, one supply chain, all halal.
Is there anything for vegetarians?
The house salad is fully vegan, and revani, our semolina cake dessert, is vegetarian.
