Catering a halal event in this area usually means either compromising on what gets served or driving a long way to find a grill that can handle it. We can do it here, and because the entire operation is halal there is no need to verify anything or make special arrangements for part of the group.
The practical constraint is grill capacity. Everything we serve is cooked to order over fire, which is what makes it good and also what makes it slow at volume. Give us notice and we plan the grill around your order; call an hour before and we will do what we can, but the more warning the better.
